Federal Secretariats & Ministries - Network & Power Upgrade

Nigeria’s federal government needed a communications backbone that could match the scale and complexity of its operations. We were engaged to design and project-manage a comprehensive network and power infrastructure upgrade across 24 federal secretariats and ministry locations, the largest LAN deployment projects ever undertaken for the Nigerian public sector.
Our team carried out end-to-end project management: from site surveys and technical design, through procurement, civil works coordination, installation, and commissioning. The result is a unified, high-performance network fabric comprising 25,000 LAN points, providing reliable, structured connectivity that enables seamless inter-agency communication, secure data sharing, and the digital delivery of government services to millions of Nigerians.
Safe City - Digital Surveillance & Intelligent Analytics
State-Wide Deployment | South-West Nigeria
Urban safety is one of the defining challenges of African cities. We designed and implemented a Safe City solution for a state government in south-west Nigeria, bringing together digital surveillance infrastructure and AI-powered intelligent video analytics to strengthen public safety and empower law enforcement with real-time situational awareness.
The project involved the deployment of a city-wide network of IP surveillance cameras at strategic public locations; roads, markets, transit hubs, and government facilities, all feeding into a centralised command and control centre staffed around the clock. Intelligent analytics capabilities, including crowd detection, motion anomaly alerts, and licence plate recognition, allow security agencies to respond proactively rather than reactively.
Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) Network
Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) | Multi-Location Deployment
Critical communications cannot fail. For the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), reliable, clear, and secure voice communications across hundreds of kilometres of Nigerian roads is not a convenience, it is a life-safety requirement. Our Company designed and implemented a multi-location Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) network that modernised the FRSC’s communications infrastructure, replacing legacy analogue systems with a digital-grade network purpose-built for mission-critical operations.
The DMR network provides the FRSC with encrypted, interference-resistant communications; greater spectrum efficiency; GPS-enabled dispatch capabilities; and the ability to record and log all radio transmissions for compliance and review. Field officers, patrol vehicles, and command centres are now connected on a single, unified communications platform that spans the FRSC’s operational footprint across Nigeria.
Government Service Portal (GSP)

Fragmented, paper-heavy government services cost citizens time and trust. We designed and implemented Nigeria’s Government Service Portal (GSP), a single-window digital platform that consolidates access to multiple government services into one unified, citizen-facing interface. The GSP is a flagship digital public infrastructure initiative that enables Nigerians to access, apply for, and track government services online, dramatically reducing bureaucratic friction and improving service delivery transparency.
Our work spanned the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering across multiple ministries, UX and interface design with the citizen experience at the centre, backend systems integration with existing government databases, and a phased rollout supported by change management and user training
